Channel not loading: what to do

Sometimes a channel's source is temporarily unavailable or your connection is unstable. Most problems are solved in a few steps.

  1. Wait 10–20 seconds: the player switches to a backup server and tries again by itself.
  2. Refresh the page (on a phone, pull the screen down).
  3. Check your internet: open any other website.
  4. Choose a lower quality with the ⚙ button in the player, if it is there.
  5. Try another channel — this shows whether the problem is a single source.
  6. Turn off ad blockers and extensions that change video, or try another browser.
  7. On a phone use the Telegram app @UkraineTVHub_bot.

Sound but no picture (or the other way round)

This usually means a glitch in the source stream. The player detects such freezes and reconnects automatically; if that did not happen, reload the page.

A channel has not worked for a long time
